The room was very small and the bed was not a full queen size. The condition of the furniture and fittings was also jaded and worn The hotel itself was grand and had character. I suspect other rooms were of higher quality especially those in the annex. This large hotel does not have a reception of any kind and everything is managed through web / phone- this went wrong in my case and I spent 40 minutes trying to find out where my room was. The whole experience just should be much better.
