Excellent venue that was a pleasant stroll into the city centre, and very close to the Electric rail station. Great view across the bay, very helpful and attentive staff made you feel extremely welcome. Good choice of breakfast and would definitely stay again.

What a great find! Will definitely stay here again. Was greeted with a huge warm smile on arrival, met the family running the hotel. Everyone who worked here went out of their way to help and with a smile. Nothing was a problem. Room was great, clean and as described. Breakfast was the best I had in a long time with great selection. You won't be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kings House, the staff and other guests were really friendly. Our room was quite spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There was a wide variety of teas/coffee etc. Breakfast was substantial, tasty and good value. We hope to go back some day.

Lovely place, on the prom close to all amenities, hosts were very nice and welcoming for ourselves and our 2 pet dogs.

The staff we're lovely however we didn't stay in the end as the bathroom was mot in our room it was on the landing were there was also 3 other bedroom doors. There was no sockets in the bathroom and no mirror in the bedroom, so trying to get ready to attend a wedding was an impossible task. The staff understood my situation and help us find other accommodation as there were no other rooms available.

Booked 3 day's as a couple with a friendly dog. On arrival we were greeted warmly by a staff member (apologies forgot the ladies name), who explained and apologised the apartment we had booked was unfortunately unavailable due to having unexpected maintenance. We were shown to room 4, very clean and well laid out. Although there were not the facilities of a self-contained apartment which we had booked, this room met all our other needs. This could happen at any property, and totally understand. We only mention this to show the management overcame an issue and resolved the problem to our (the customer) satisfaction. Job well done. Good selection of tea/coffee/hot chocolate/biscuits and bottled water in the room. Whenever we met the staff/owners they were friendly and attentive. There felt to be a nice caring atmosphere in this hotel. We had breakfast on two days - day 1, continental x1 and cooked breakfast x1. Day 2, continental x2. Both continental and cooked breakfast were fresh/plentiful and good quality, enjoyed by both of us. Again staff were attentive, but not overbearing whilst having breakfast. Would we recommend/stay at the Kings Hotel again? - YES Thanks again to all staff, for enhancing our stay at the Isle of Man.

Mirham was so kind and sweet the room was amazing she let us use a baby crib and an adapter to charge my phone. Her breakfeast was amazing definitely will stay here again if we ever visit again!
