Crummy hotel in awful neighborhood

This hotel is disgusting--there was hair on the bathroom wall 😒 and the bathroom floor was dirty. At breakfast, the eggs were watery. And to top it off, this hotel is in a terrible, dangerous neighborhood.

Em geral o hotel é bom, café da manhã simples, o banheiro precisaria de cuidados (falta de apoiador de sabonete, somente a opção de sabonete líquido), os atendentes são objetivos (para não chamar de grosseiros), mas tiveram empatia e responsabilidade em atender uma situação particular que aconteceu com um ente da família (um agradecimento especial para Denisse)

Muy cnveniente ubicación pero limpien la calle

La ubicación de este hotel es excelente para los viajeros. El bus del aeropuerto te deja enfrente (Centro puerto) o a un lado en la terminal de buses (Turbus). Para ir al aeropuerto lo mismo, o cruzas la calle o tomas el bus en la central. La estación del metro Universidad de Santiago de la linea 1 esta ahí a unos pasos y en 4 estaciones estas en el palacio de la Moneda. Si necesitas algo hay muchas tiendas en la estación de buses y un food court que cierra pasadas las 10 pm. Para ir a otros destinos cercanos como Valparaiso igual de comodo tener la estación a un lado. El lado negativo es que afuera del hotel hay vagabundo y mucha basura. Haría una gran diferencia si el personal del hotel mantuviera la zona exterior de este limpia, si barrieran y recogieran la basura de su esquina, eso haria que se sintiera como un mejor hotel.

Não descansará

Muitos turistas acham pelo Google maps como boa localização. Mas esse bairro estação central é extremamente mal cuidado, perigoso, pichado... Os outros bairros do Chile são tranquilos e lindos. O reflexo no hotel foi o barulho extremamente alto da estação que tem na rua ao lado. Os quartos não possuem isolamento acústico. Então será normal acordar às 06 da manhã com buzinas altas e gritos de camelôs. O atendente não permitiu mudarmos de quarto.

Small but quaint in a lively neighborhood

Although we found the room quite small for a family of three it was still very comfortable. We liked that there were stores and restaurants nearby and our toddler was fascinated with the view from the window.

Excellent location

When it comes to Location, this hotel is a prize winner. It’s located bang next to the Turbus bus station; And a couple of minutes walk To the metro station. Cheap transportation sorted. Staff are lovely. The room however wasn’t all great: very tiny and oldish! But I stayed only a night.
