This is the best hotel I’ve stayed in Italy! The room was ready when I arrived at 11:30, which was much appreciated after a long journey, and check in was easy. The room was clean, stocked with water, the bed was comfy (by European standards), and the air conditioning worked well. The property was quiet and well maintained. The patio is beautiful. And the location was really amazing for exploring Napoli! I felt very safe as a solo female traveller. Highly recommend.

Excellent place to stay in Naples! The room was a good size, and the staff was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. I contacted them a few weeks before our stay to let them know that we would be arriving quite late, around 11 pm–12 am, and they made everything very easy for us, ensuring that we could have a smooth check-in. The location is excellent and very convenient. The place also had some nice amenities, including complimentary drinks and a few small snacks, which was a really nice surprise and something we really appreciated. Another pleasant surprise was that, as part of our stay, we were able to go to a local café downstairs in the mornings and have a drink and a pastry. We had no idea this was included, so it was a lovely added bonus. At check-out, we were also allowed to leave a little later, which was very helpful. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place. It is not a flashy or luxurious hotel, but it more than meets what you need for a comfortable stay. The service was excellent, the location is great, and the little extras made our stay even better. Definitely recommended if you’re visiting Naples.

Great location and views, mold in 504

Location is excellent right next to the galleria and the terrace/balconies are beautiful providing an excellent view of Naples and Mt. Vesuvius. The beds were very firm but not unbearable and the room itself was clean. My main gripe is that the shower wall inside the bathroom was filled with mold and clearly painted over. I can understand that Naples is an old city and that mold can be found everywhere, however, I am very familiar with the smell and visual signs of a bad mold infestation alongside attempts to conceal them. With the room itself being clean and the fantastic view/location we were fine staying just the 1 night, but we probably won’t be back. Room 504.
