It looks a bit old on first sight but the onsen and sauna are new and in very good condition.
There are a lot of things to do around the hotel and everything is in walking distance, metro is also only a 5min walk away.

Mattress might as well not have been there as it was so worn out.

The area is great. Namba station is right down the street. The WiFi was either not working or barely functioning. It’s the dirtiest and most poorly run capsule hotel I have seen in Japan. Things would get stolen daily from clothes to wallets and passports. Some staff was helpful and some were almost resentful of the guests. The air conditioning worked sometimes and sometimes it didn’t. I think it’s just poorly run and you have to guard your things like a prison. It’s in a great area I think it’s just managed poorly. Inexpensive but you are taking a risk.

The area is great. You have everything there and can get anywhere from Namba station. The hotel however is very run down. A/C doesn’t seem to work every day. No wifi or bad WiFi are available. People are stealing things. It went on for weeks. From clothes to passports people’s personal items vanished. Some of the staff were attentive while others seemed resentful? It’s not good and could be so good if they just ran it like the rest of the capsule hotels I have visited. The area is great for nightlife and food but it’s just uncomfortable having to guard your things like it’s a prison. Cameras are not working. They also charge people 3000 yen per key so if you lose them both it’s more expensive than the room? It’s inexpensive but you are gambling on a very bad experience.
