This was the worst hotel ever !!!! We drove 5 hours away to take advantage of the beach and spent hours at the beach with two children and two senior adults 76 years old each !!! Expecting to go to the hotel afterwards to shower and get something to eat. We didn’t we’re not able to get in our room till 8 o’clock pm !! 4 hours after the time we were told we could check in !! Our whole trip was messed up. We couldn’t go any where to eat because we were all dirty with sand , sweaty, and sunburned! We asked to check out after 10am since we did not get in till 8pm and were told flat out No!!! Very rude staff , and impossible to reach anyone on the phone !!!! I was offered a full refund later but never actually was done. Very disappointed!!! Do not recommend staying here at all!!! Parking is not free!!! And far away !

The beds were very uncomfortable . No potholders and lack of utensils in the kitchen. Blankets should be put in every room for every bed. Couch’s are something to laugh about. If you like sitting on the floor then there for you. Terribly uncomfortable.

The unit was very spacious, I appreciated the fact that there were 3 bathrooms to match the 3 bedrooms. I had a small issue with one of the bathrooms ceilings leaking so I reached out to staff and was told that someone would come out the next day to fix the issue but no one showed up. I appreciate the few amenities that was included, but it could've been a lil more cookware, tissue and towels added to make the stay a little bit more relaxed. I was truly happy that you'll had a little market near to help with some of the situations. I absolutely loved the location, the ocean view ans thw boardwalk was absolutely beautiful

The only thing me and my family loved about the State was the oceanfront that was there was no amenities. We had to rent the beach chairs which should’ve came with the with the stay compared to how much it was it cost to stay there. There was no not enough pots and pans we actually were no pans we had to go and buy the stuff to cook with. There was no knives you have to wash the towels you use and they was not giving out extra towels. It was just I just think the customer service was poor to me.

The door fell off to the balcony. The railing to the balcony was loose. The dresser drawer was broken off. There was a man tha walked into another guests room. So I guess all the room codes are the same. The sofa smelled. It was not ocean view. Not worth the price.

The location and view were the best parts of our stay. Being so close to the beach was wonderful, and if I were rating on location alone, this would be 5 stars. Unfortunately, the condo itself was disappointing. For a newer unit, it already showed significant wear. The walls had stains, the furniture was very cheap and already falling apart, and there was very little storage for clothes and personal items. The bathroom sink was clogged, and the balcony railing felt loose, which was a safety concern. The kitchen was very sparsely stocked, with few utensils or cookware, making it difficult to prepare meals. We were also surprised that there was no comforter, only two sheets, and there were not nearly enough bath towels provided. The listing should also better explain the pool situation. There is no on-site pool, and the pools guests can use are inconvenient and quite a distance away. The amazing view is the only reason I’m giving this property the rating I am. With better maintenance, safer repairs, more kitchen essentials, additional linens and towels, and higher-quality furnishings, this condo could be a great place to stay.

The condo was clean. Our Plase had a broken sofa don’t fight twice. They said they were gonna come and change it within an hour. They never did very inconvenience. We had a parking permanent tag in the window and we still got a parking ticket. I know last day there. on the first night that we were there at the upstairs people they were running up and down all night I mean like all night long we couldn’t even sleep.. I happen to stop by the condo and on my way out someone was trying to enter into the room to lock where the AC unit was, but if I was not there, but they would still enter cannot trust them. I don’t understand why that was not locked before we got there or wait until after we leave.

10/03/26 Condo #316 Not at all as we were lead to believe. When we arrived we were expected to pay over $400 to park our vehicles. $15 per night 1st, $20 per night per vehicle after that. We had 3 vehicles and a trailer. I specifically asked about parking before booking and was told they had 2 lots where we could park. At no time was I told we had to pay parking. After paying for the condo, NON REFUNDABLE, and upon arrival we were in formed of this. We had drove over 12 hours with 8 adults and 4 kids. 3 of which we're handicapped in wheelchairs and 2 autistic. We were all ready for bed and sleep but instead we had the stress of what to do with our vehicles. Calling customer service multiple times we were told they could do nothing. It was a city official that finally assisted us. This was a very distressing way to start our vacation. Then it got worse. Bedroom with one bed was to be oceanfront. Instead there were two beds and master bath. The dresser was about 3×3 and only about 1 foot wide. One small rack with no hangers. The one bed bedroom has large open doorway no door. Just enough room to walk on each side of bed. No dresser. One small rack on wall. The bathroom in hall has paper peeling off ceiling. Multiple switches on wall thru out that do nothing. It takes multiple times to get the code to work at entry of building. Can not turn off balcony lights so there is lights shining in while you are trying to sleep. Does not have black out curtains and curtains wrinkled.ETC
