An awesome place to stay. The place is a little dated but don’t judge the book by its cover. I would rather give up the amenities of the chain hotels for this establishment. Water is nice and hot. AC and heater is quiet and works excellent.

Everything was great. If I made any suggestion on improvements, it would be to add a hair dryer in the bathroom. Super clean. I will say this is a cool retro vibe place with a county rustic and and vintage feel. If you are the type that needs a corporate glam place, this isn't for you. If you are looking for homey, friendly folks that care a lot about your stay, and you love the outdoors, this is it! Owners operate this establishment. They also own more land behind the motel that is a fabulous scenic hike about! Loved it all! (except the lack of a hair dryer.)

If you like a place with some soul & a personal touch, this is for you. It's a vintage building but it's been updated. Our room had a fine view of Sleeping Ute Mountain (I think some don't, not sure).

Clean comfortable & rustic

Clean, comfortable, tidy & rustic. Felt like I was stepping back to a simpler time. It is an older hotel with few updates but Joy & Ty made the stay! They were amazing friendly and ensured we had pleasant accommodations. I will stay here again.
