Good in general. We arrived towards 17.30, wanted to reach the parking which was closed with a bar, phoned the hotel but nobody answered. Nobody was at the reception, anyway there was a self check-in desk. The street nearby the hotel had free parking places. At 18.30 there was a helpful lady at the reception who advised us a good restaurant.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber dennoch gut.

Ankunft, Rezeption sehr angenehm und sehr freundlich. Zimmer schlicht und einfach jedoch ausreichend für ein paar Nächte. Frühstück sehr gut und ausreichend. Die Bar ist schön zum abends verweilen mit Billiard und Kicker (UMSONST). Das Hotel hat einen Raum für Fahrräder und verleiht auch selbst E-Bikes. Der Gesamteindruck des Hotels ist was Preis/Leistung/Personal usw. eine 8 von 10. Mann kann meckern über den Renovierungsstau aber es ist sauber und alle Mitarbeiter sehr nett. Kostenlos Parken,Zentral,gutes Gesamtpaket und mein Zimmer war zudem absolut ruhig in der Nacht, das alles lassen einen weiteren besuch und Aufenthalt nichts im Wege stehen.

Das Hotel liegt sehr nahe zum Zentrum / Bad / Restaurants. Wir haben die Ruhe genossen. Die hohen Bäume der anliegende Park... einfach Erholung pur.. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen !!

Teppichzimmer sind ganz dreckig. Im Zimmer die Kaffeerahm abgelaufene Datum, Vorhang. Ich denke mir, dass die gewaschen sind letztes mal wo sie aufgehängt sind. Und beim Frühstück Kaffee war richtig sauer.

Ich habe am Donnerstag 21.11. abends 18:30 und 19:15 euch versucht zu erreichen. COMBOX kommt nachdem die Meldung (alle unsere Mitarbeiter sind besetzt) ich habe bis heute 25.11.24 nie einen Rückruf erhalten! Das ist kein Kundendienst.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, Zimmer im 5.Stock, verschmutzter Teppichboden im Flur, Teppichboden im Zimmer, Bad 70er Jahre. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Die Lage ist unheimlich praktisch. Man ist direkt in der Fußgängerzone, aber auch wenn man mit dem Rad oder Auto anreist, sehr gut zu erreichen. Auch das Solebad ist fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Der check-in und check-out ist denkbar einfach, egal, zu welcher Zeit man anreist. Die Zimmer sind sehr groß und gut möbiliert.
