Hotel was well located if you go out the front cross over the road and walk left here is a cheap mini supermarket about 5 mi uses away, there is also a shopping plaza, and some gift shops along the way, breakfast I bought from sunset Western which is a very distant cell along the beach, the roo. Was down stairs had 2 large beds, air con and a TV. We were out most of the time. The grounds are tidy and pretty, staff are excellent, they put table and chairs outside our room. Internet not bad, hot water is good, I will return as its convenient location.

La chambre était relativement propre. Le personnel était très gentil & serviable. Nous avions demandé une chambre avec l’air climatisé & nous l’avons eu. Nous n’avions pas de vue direct sur la plage mais elle était à 2 minutes de marche. Je recommande!

My stay at Shields was so lovely, relaxing and memorable! The room is a perfect size and being able to choose the ocean or pool each day was nice. I met two friendly and helpful bartenders, Kaci and Abby, who made me feel most welcome. I also met the maintenance/repairman Stephan who took time out of his busy schedule to walk me to and from town simply to keep me safe and comfortable whether to get cash or food. He couldnt have been more kind to me. I couldn’t have been happier staying there and I would gladly come back!

We couldn’t go because of our extreme medical situation and yet they refused to refund and charged the whole week. Expedia even tried to convince them.

Very quiet Seaview and walkable to the town what I don’t like the side gate to entrance when you come in close by 11 o’clock at night I have to walk on the beach to get to the property like I was so upset about that and the the bath towel and Mat wasn’t comfortable to use

Not enough lighting on the property. Bed was like concrete. No phone for emergencies, no tv for news info and the door lock would not lock all the way. They didn’t even have a toilet paper holder. I left there and went to stay at another place with a friend. I let the keep the money for the room. And the shuttle driver could not even see their sign.

The hotel did not have the room that was reserved. Additionally they did not have working internet for the duration of the trip. I was asked to move rooms 3 times do to "security concerns". There was not a safe to lock belongings in, the owner and front desk staff were rude any chance they could get and forced me to pay for the room in cash saying they do not take credit cards.
