If you're just looking for a place to lay your head while passing through, this place is great. Room is comfortable, nothing fancy. My room was missing a lightbulb on the desk lamp and the shampoo/soap dispensers in shower were both empty. But, staff promptly filled both and brought a new lightbulb when alerted. Overall, good value for the price.

This RRI has friendly staff at a well-maintained facility in a small-town location. Unfortunately, the pool was closed, but all basic services were excellent. I plan to stay there again when I return to the Greater Louisville area.

This Red Roof Inn is far, FAR nicer than any I have stayed in before! It is in a beautiful part of Indiana near the Ohio River and handy to Louisville Kentucky. Bright white towels, extremely clean room, modern appointments. Be aware there is no elevator to the second floor. Hot waffles for breakfast, but a short drive to the Copper Kettle for eggs. Hats off to the staff for such an excellent hotel.

Only concern was being approached by many construction workers staying at hotel too. Staff were very supportive & walked us to our room to ensure we felt comfortable. The accommodations were good. The front desk person charged me for a room that I had already paid for and told me I'd have to leave if she refunded her mistake. Now I'm going to have to dispute the charges with my bank. And... there was no manager onsite or available by phone. Terrible service. I even had an email and receipt to prove I paid, which she admitted was in my portfolio, but that didn't matter.
