The facility was in a terrible part of the city and our annex room was very old and in disrepair. The room smelled of smoke. The toilet leaked on the floor. The tub/shower was horrible - small, disrepair, difficult to get in/out.

Fick en liten lägenhet dom kallar Annex, den är så sliten och borde inte hyras ut av ett hotel. Skåp går inte att stänga, inga hållare för handdukar i badrum. Badrummet är i väldigt dåligt skick. Kylskåp i köket är fallfärdig. Hotellet verkar ok men Anex borde renoveras

The staff were kind and went out of their way to be so helpful. I can’t even describe how above and beyond they went. The area isn’t terrible, albeit kind of out of the way from the main gardens and you might pass through some sketchy areas, but not the hotels fault for that and honestly, the staff make it worth it.

The room and hotel itself was nice. The location and noise were not. It’s on the corner of a busy and loud road, and because there’s only five floors you’ll most likely hear the cars at night unless you’re on the inside rooms. I was originally on the first floor and literally couldn’t sleep and they kindly moved me to the third floor, although it was barely any better I appreciated the accommodation.

Alte Ausstattung, steinharte Betten, alte und laute Klimaanlage, Straßenlärm, U Bahn 2 Gehminuten entfernt mit der man sehr schnell im Zentrum ist ca 10-15 Minuten. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, leider passt Preis-Leistung nicht, würde es nicht weiterempfehlen aufgrund der alten Ausstattung und Lärmpegel, denke man bekommt für das Geld was besseres.

The hotel is in excellent location for the Meteora trip - 2 minutes walk. However, during hot weather it can be uncomfortable to spend first hour upon staying in the room. It might be typical in Greece to cut the AC while you are not in the room, but here it can be really hot if your room faces west. When we arrived, the temperature in the room was +39C (102F), +33C (92F) outside. The AC will start only when you lock the door from inside. It takes about an hour to bring it to 30c (85F). It will blow continuously all night and you’ll wake up to 25C (77F), which was fine. During cooler month it is a better option. The staff is nice.

Location was great as it was close to public transit. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The only hiccup was when I asked for an iron to iron my clothing, they didn't respond as they said they would and I went without one.

Location is good as it is steps from Larissa train station. When we checked in, we realised there was no water supply to the building due to a water main break in the area. The water was not restored until late in the evening. Problem is the hotel didn't have its own water storage tank.
