The property was really nice, clean and well kept. The room was nice a spacious and bathroom was cleaned well. The only issue we had we the bed was uncomfortable and lack of pillows on the bed. We checked in late and were unable to get more pillows.

Less than stellar. I requested late check out when I checked in, was never told that it would be extra at the late check in kiosk, only to be told abruptly the day of check out that we would not be able to have late check out because they 'were fully booked'. Bed was very uncomfortable & there was noise day & night. No Do Not Disturb sign to be found so housekeeping startled my dog & received a complaint gor her barking.

Arrived to check in at 4:45pm (check in started at 11am) to be told the property was not checking anyone in at the time due to no available rooms. Management said we would have to check in after the concert and did not offer any amenities to allow changing clothes or getting ready for the concert. After a long days drive, we just wanted to freshen up. After returning after the concert (1am), the front desk was closed and we had no way to check in. There was a kiosk with a virtual assistant but no assistance could be provided. We ended driving north (all hotels sold out because of the concert) and finally found a room at 3am. This property should be ashamed of themselves. Unacceptable for folks who plan and have reservations months ahead of the event.

We came into town for the George Strait concert and chose this hotel based on the listed check-in time of 11 a.m. When my husband and I arrived, we were abruptly told—very rudely—that check-in was actually at 3 p.m. Fine, things happen. We came back at 3:20 p.m. to a lobby packed with about 50 people, all trying to check into rooms we had already paid for. The manager came out and, in a completely unprofessional tone, said, “There are 60 of you trying to check in and not all of y’all are getting rooms.” Then she disappeared into her office, leaving her employee to deal with an understandably frustrated crowd. We were told to come back at 3, yet somehow there still weren’t rooms available. After over an hour of everyone standing in the lobby trying to get answers, she finally started assigning rooms. At one point, the hotel doors were locked, preventing people from entering or leaving, which made the situation even more uncomfortable and chaotic. When we finally got to our room, it only had one towel, and there was no one available to even ask for another. The room itself was hot, like the air wasn’t working properly. The elevator smelled strongly of urine, and despite the listing advertising “room darkening curtains,” there were none. Honestly, this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. If we hadn’t already paid, we would have slept in our truck. The manager even threatened not to issue refunds after telling people they might not get rooms at all. Don't stay here.

When we got there at 3pm to check in, we were told there were no clean rooms available at that time. This was after we sat in a line for 45 minutes to check in. Many people were turned away without the room they had reserved. We were in town for a concert. This hotel had months to prepare but still only had one person working the front. The manager was missing most of the time and avoided to address the issue to the long line of concert goers in the lobby. When we finally got into the room, we had to hurry to the concert. Making us almost late. It wasn’t until we got back very late at night that we noticed we only had one wash cloth and only two, flat pillows. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. Definitely not a good experience and we will not be back.

Heat and air did not work. Kiosk for external front desk was manned by broken English attendant from India making communication quite difficult. Once moved to alternate room, plugged laptop in to charge and the circuit breaker tripped due to overload. The final awful rating comes from the mattress which felt as if it were more firm than a granite countertop! I will avoid Woodbridge Suites at any cost!

Check-in was horrible. We waited almost 20 minutes before anyone came to the front desk. We used the call system they had to alert them that we were there. We were exhausted from traveling and the person checking us in didn’t seem to have it together. Our room floor had not been swept or mopped. We actually asked for an extra sheet set and we changed them out, because we felt like they had just remade the bed. The hallways smelled of pot really bad also. We will not stay there again.

We stayed in room 217. The staff when we got there was rude and even after she saw us there, she just kept texting on her phone until she was ready to check us in. The other staff was great! The first night, we realized how dirty the floor was because our kids were playing in the room barefoot and the bottom of their feet had to be washed before getting into bed. The second day/night we were there, there was a bad pet oder. I’m all for animals, but I don’t think our hallway and room should have smelled like that.

I would not recommend this hotel, and here's why: 💰 SURPRISE CHARGES The listing clearly showed a $50 pet deposit + $10 pet fee. I was charged $60 as a non-refundable fee — nearly double what was advertised. When I raised the concern, staff offered an apology but refused to correct the charge. I was in a rush for a business meeting and had no option but to pay. This is deceptive pricing, plain and simple. 🚧 ROOM QUALITY The room felt like it was still under construction: • No coffee machine • No blackout curtains — the room was uncomfortably bright at night • No carpet • Paper-thin walls — you can clearly hear noise from the corridor, neighboring rooms, and the parking lot 😤 STAFF Staff were unhelpful and dismissive. A hollow apology without any effort to resolve a legitimate billing discrepancy is not customer service. If you're considering this hotel — especially if you're traveling with a pet — read the fine print carefully and verify every charge before you sign anything. What's advertised online may not reflect what you'll actually pay.
