Clean spacious room, driving up the mountain to get there at night (was also really foggy) was a little precarious. We arrived late evening so the restaurant was no longer open and there is no place close by to get snacks or anything. Had drinks in the bar area which were really good but having a pizza oven or something to heat up or make some appetizers would have really made it better. Staff were very friendly

Wir hatten 2 Übernachtungen mit Frühstück im Hotel gebucht. Die Zimmer in sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die Freizeitangebote (Tischtennis, Pool, etc. ) sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber Großteils okay. Leider lässt der Umgang des Personals mit den Gästen sehr zu wünschen übrig. Wegen eines Fehlers wurde uns der Hund doppelt berechnet. Um dies zu korrigieren mussten wir 6! mal die Rezeption aufsuchen. Ein (bei 5. mal) statt einer Rückzahlung angebotenes Abendessen hätten wir vielleicht noch angenommen, waren aber an diesem Tag bereits anderweitig eingeladen. Auch die zuvor bestellten und zugesicherten glutenfreien Brötchen waren nicht da - allerdings trotz nochmaliger Rücksprache auch am 2. Tag nicht. Der Hotelmanager hätte eventuell noch welche besorgen können, allerdings erst wenn das Frühstück vorbei ist und nach Check-Out. Alles in allem haben wir ein Bett für 2 Nächte gefunden, viel mehr aber auch nicht.
