The hotel is in an excellent location with attentive and helpful staff available 24/7. Our room was comfortable and very clean. We would absolutely recommend a stay here and would book a room here again if returning to Annecy!

J'ai réservé cet hôtel pour l'anniversaire avec mon compagnon. Il était ravi et n'a eu que des compliments. Nous avons passé deux nuits exceptionnelles . Le personnel a été extrêmement gentil et nous a offert un surclassement. Nous avons eu même le droit à une petite lettre écrite à la main. Il est super bien localisé, entre la gare et le centre ville. Je recommande et reviendrai sûrement.

We were greeted by Raphael on our arrival who was extremely pleasant, spoke excellent English and was very professional. Our room was overlooking the canal and was very clean and well equipped. We had breakfast everyday at the hotel - there were plenty of choices and the food and service were excellent. We also dined in the hotel and again had a wonderful meal and excellent service. The hotel is situated right in the pedestrian old town and was very convenient for shopping and sightseeing. We will definitely be back in Spring!

Optimal location for exploration of the old town and close to the railway station. Super friendly staff and great room with great beds and excellent bathroom. Loved the shower. For the style of hotel we missed hairdryer and an iron in the room though. We’d be happy to stay there again.

Newly renovated, this hotel shines in its plush comfort, beautifully decorated rooms and hotel staff that were exceptional in every detail. The location was excellent also right in the heart of Old Town Centre and canals. Train station is a five minute walk. A fabulous winner all around!

I had a delightful stay here at this cute small new hotel. Paris-sized (small!) room with modern and artful finishings/ amenities and style. Closest thing I’ve had to a functional American-style bathroom/shower in France in any hotel under €300 which was a breath of fresh air. Love the artwork on the walls, nice location in the old city 5 min walk from train and close to lake. Check in was fast and easy and in English if you want. The hotel restaurant where they do breakfast seems a bit stuffy / expensive/ formal for picking up a pastry and orange juice but what can you do (and there are a gazillion other options nearby). I had dinner at the hotel restaurant my first nite and it’s pretty good, maybe a bit overpriced (you would get significantly better at this price point in Paris) but still very nice, English menus available which is nice. I note that there is no hotel lobby if you care about that kind of thing. But there is an elevator and also a separate entrance for the stairwell if you hate elevators (I hate elevators).

A lovely hotel tucked away off a private courtyard. Staff and facilities are wonderful. Recently renovated, the hotel is fresh and new. The hotel features a more formal restaurant that offers views of a streaming canal. Very quiet. Highly recommended.
