This was such an Amazing Hotel. Everyone was very helpful and concierge was always available. We had an amazing stay. Breakfast was included in the package and it was also great right in the heart of where all the shops were. So clean and quiet. The water was hot and AC was silent. Would love to stay again.

While the hotel is very elegant with an emphasis on cleanliness, the highlight of the hotel is its workers. From the front desk staff to the cooks, servers, and housekeeping, everyone makes you feel welcome genuinely welcome. A big thank you to all the staff from me and my family.

Great location, new hotel, fantastic breakfast, helpful staff, good beds. Cons: Ground floor room had sewer smell and water not draining when showering. Front desk said maintenance would fix the next day. Took two days before we finally insisted on another room. Should have been moved immediately!!

The hotel was centrally located near a lot of restaurants and bars. It was also close to other major points of the city. Some rooms do not have a nice view. For example, the view from my room were the air conditioner units. If you bring a car just know that parking is very limited (only 6 vehicles fit inside their structure). The staff was always very nice. The room was up to date.

The breakfast was amazing with options to choose from. The people working here were very attentive in every position of the hotel. Only drop off i would say the first night our room at electrical problems that we had to move rooms at 10pm. Luckily it was in the same floor not to bad. And also the floor in our rooms were dusty so could have used a little more effort. Overall liked the place would recommend it.

We were very happy with our stay. The facility is in top condition and our room was cleaned perfectly every day. The staff were excellent!! They helped with arranging a tour and gave great advice, stored our bags after check out while we explored a bit more, found a shirt we left behind, and were simply friendly and good at what they do. If we gave one bit of advice it would be nice to have refills of the in-room coffee included in the price; it’s a small cost for a big improvement to start the day but we didn’t want to pay extra for that. We also thought the restaurant breakfast could have been better and only ate it once. But don’t let small annoyances stop your stay here, it’s a very good hotel.

Everything about this small three star hotel was excellent and more like a four star. Location, design, breakfast, staff, room, linens bed were all of great quality. My only advice, provide a set of drawers so you don’t have to live out of a suitcase. Would definitely stay here on my next visit and would recommend.
