The rooms were very clean and had great amenities. After the first day when my air-conditioning was a little fickle, the management and hotel staff were super responsive and moved me into another room while I figured out what was happening with the air-conditioning. O hotel é bem localizado e possui uma linda vista. Os quartos são amplos, a limpeza estava adequada e os funcionários são atenciosos. Porém, o café da manhã estava muito lotado, sem lugares disponíveis para sentar, o que me fez esperar alguns minutos. Além disso, considerei abusivo o valor cobrado pela água (R$ 12,00). Atualmente, muitos hotéis da categoria do Golden Tulip disponibilizam ao menos uma água de cortesia por hóspede, principalmente porque o cliente frequentemente chega de viagem, cansado, após horas de deslocamento. É um cuidado simples, mas que transmite atenção, conforto e hospitalidade.

O quarto é espaçoso, cama é otima, chuveiro maravilhoso, entretanto, algo na cama, talvez travesseiros, estava cheirando mal (precisam ser lavados).
