Nice spa hotel with plenty of activities

The room was clean and generally comfortable, but there was no proper air-conditioning. This is normally not an issue in Finland, but there happened to be very warm weather during our stay. The service was friendly and breakfast met our expectations. There is a nice spa in the hotel and many other indoor or outdoor activities available in the hotel and the surrounding area.

Nicely located by the lake, great view and options to explore the surroundings One of the best hotel gyms I've ever seen!!! The multiple training areas really offer most bells and whistles one can ask for! Breakfast was great and plentyful, baked beans would be a nice add on though Economy rooms are rather like accommodation in a youth hostel: a bit worn, linoleum flooring in the main and bathroom; piping in the bathroom is exposed; rather functional than fancy which was a bit unexpected in a spa hotel Multiple saunas available but no relaxing/reclining areas to rest and read in between sauna sessions I would come back but opt for a better room. Also a relaxing area for the sauna is a must which I hope will be added in the near future.

Thinner walls than u can imagine. Uncomfortable if you’re about to go to the bed without earplugs before 10pm especially on weekends i guess. Dunno if its only a problem when staying on the 1st floor. Room were strongly stuck at 1980s. Alltho spa was nice, kids love it atleast.

Top Spa Resort an toller Lage direkt am Saimaa-See. Das Hotel scheint schon etwas älter zu sein, ist jedoch top in Schuss. Das Zimmer wie auch das Badezimmer waren sehr geräumig und die Sauberkeit war überall einwandfrei. Im Übernachtungspreis ist auch die Benutzung des Spas inbegriffen, das ich jedoch nicht genutzt habe. Gutes Dinnerbuffet, etwas mehr Auswahl wäre jedoch wünschenswert. Ebenso gutes Frühstücksbuffet.

Henkilökunta oli respassa ja ravintolassa aivan mahtavia! Kylpylässä viihtyi myös 3-vuotias kun oli lämmintä ja ihmeteltävää. Huone oli perussiisti, ainoa miinus oli mahdollisesti edeltävän asukkaan sukka, joka tuli sängyn alta. Aamupala oli super hyvä ja monipuolinen. Leikkihuone kaipaisi huoltoa, mutta oli toimiva. Viihdyimme erinomaisesti!

Aamiainen oli todella hyvä, kylpylästä löysimme omat suosikkimme, mutta enemmän sopii perheellisille kylpyläksi, kuin pariskunnille. Huoneessa oli todella huono ilmanvaihto. Sänkyjä olisi hyvä alkaa vaihtamaan tai ainakin patjat, nitisevät. Tyynyihin joko kaksi tuollaista pienempää tyynyä tai kuten useimmissa hotelleissa on: yksi iso tyyny, Kylpyhuonevarustuksesta kylppäri oli kuin trooppinen sademetsä, hiustenkuivaaja ei pysynyt kasassa kun kuivasit hiukset.

Huone oli siisti ja mukava. Henkilökunta oli ystävällinen ja paikka näytti yleisesti hyvin viihtyisältä ja melkein satumaiselta. Kylpylässä osa saunoista ei ollut käytössä, ja joihinkin saunoihin piti mennä uimapuvussa, mikä ei ollut kovin mukavaa. Jotkut paikat olivat kuitenkin todella hienoja, erityisesti ulkoallas ja vesiputoukset. Altaat olivat melko matalia, ja vesi sekä ilman lämpötila tuntuivat aika viileiltä. Minulle tuli jopa kylmä. Kuumien altaiden pohja näytti myös hieman likaiselta. Kaiken kaikkiaan vietimme kuitenkin mukavan ajan ja paikka oli viihtyisä.

Sängyt liian kapeita 80cm? ja tyynyt surkealaatuisia. Outoa että roskien vienti kuuluu asiakkaalle.Kaivattiin Spa- tuotteita huoneisiin, eikä laitossaippuaa,koska kyseessä kuitenkin Spa hotelli.Olisi myös kiva jos pyyhkeitä voisia vaihtaa,ettei käytettäisi samaa montaa päivää.keittiön varustetaso erinomainen ,kaikki tarvittava löytyy.Henkilökunta ystävällistä.
