Was satisfactory for the one night stay booked. Room had smell of illegal substance which gave question to cleanliness of the room. Staff was accommodating in attempt to rectify and was limited due to hotel being fully booked. Overall cleanliness of the hotel appeared good.

In the course of 2 weeks, I have stayed at 14 different hotels while traveling through the states. This hotel was by FAR one of the worst hotel experiences I have had on this trip and in my 15 years of traveling. BRING YOUR OWN WASH CLOTHES AND TOWELS. The ones in the rooms are stained; yellow and brown and smell horrible. The floor in my room was sticky and smelled like dirty mop water.. it smelled rancid, my clothes stink still from being there. I was soo scared to open my bags that I slept in my clothes and hoodie I already wore that was dirty. When I asked the staff to clean the floor, they declined and couldn’t switch room either. The bathroom smelled even worse. I left for work and came back, wanted to shower but no hot water, haha. Man… I’m glad to be out of there. The face value of the building and the rooms are amazing but the staffing are really lazy, mean and don’t take you seriously.

Room was very clean so was the bedding and restroom only complaint was the heating and cooling the room never cooled enough to sleep super comfortable and the heat when it was on made the room way to hot totally uncomfortable when I asked about it the staff just said to mess with the thermostat but still room didn’t cool enough

When we walked into the lobby we were not spoken to until we said hello. The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The room temp was perfect. We could not get any channels to come up on the tv. Kept getting the message that it was not connected. Tried calling front desk for instructions and the room phone had a busy signal and could not call out. We were greeted the next morning by a very friendly andhelpful front desk clerk.

I stayed in Room 511 and it was the worst experience ever. Paint was coming off the walls from a previous flood from the room above. There was no hot water. The shower glass door would not close. The heater was super high and I could not get it to lower the hear or intensity. The sheets were stained. I stayed before at this location and the service was okay, but this time this was worst experience. Room 511 should not be available to guests until it is repaired properly.
