2 weeks in advance we reseved a 1st floor room because being in our 70's stairs present a problem. When we arrived we were told if we wanted 1st floor we should have arrived earlier. The whole point of a reservation is to reserve (save it for me) a room that meets our needs. The room was clean but it was up a flight and a half of stairs. I use a cane to walk so we carried up the minimum items needed to get us thru the night. Parking was ok - no issues. Toilet is very close to the floor so that was an issue, too. Shower was good.

When I arrived with my wife to this place on the day of our reservation they told us that they are full and that we don't have any reservation there...even with my Hotels.com confirmation number and all the info they didn't care and said not our problem... I was shocked...I have been using this platform for ever and never experienced something like that...imagine standing there at 8PM with your spouse and no place to stay. Had to drive to Fort Myers 45 min away to find a place for that night...just a nightmare! Beware to book here!!!

The room was half ass clean. The drain kept backing up in the shower. There was absolutely no parking with a trailer which was not mentioned online. It was an extremely unpleasant stay in fact that they didn’t even ask for my ID when we got there they simply left the key inside the room for any stranger to walk in

The room was clean but you definitely get what you paid for. Half the light fixtures we’re missing bulbs, the sheet had a burn hole in it, be ready for cold showers because there was no hot water and the front staff was annoyed with every question or request.

We couldn’t stay when we got there. There was no one at the front desk had to look for him. As we saw the rooms being cleaned, there was a maid with two young children, maybe 2 to 4 years old smoking cigarettes while cleaning a room with the kids in there playing on the bed. Garbage and trash cans, full, and spilling over of garbage rooms smell and the pictures posted on Hotels.com must’ve been years old we had to leave and follow a dispute with their credit card company felt so bad for the people who couldn’t go anywhere else.

Un motel tel que l'on souhaiterait en trouver plus souvent. Tout y est, même le Wi-Fi malheureusement un peu faible! Le mobilier d'époque pourrait quant à lui être un peu rajeuni. Même un petit coup de peinture ferait l'affaire

They dont have heaters in the room, really cold in Florida now and it is really really cold in the rooms, which could be a lot cleaner too -over all not a great place to stay.
