Beautiful hotel in a very central location. While it opened only recently, there were no noticeable teething issues. The rooms were well appointed, clean, spacious, and well designed. The common amenities were also beautiful and they had cool, interesting programming like a film screening and yoga class. A beautiful property - the shared spaces and rooms were so luxurious and well designed. One of my favorite hotels I’ve ever experienced. I chose the property for the spa space and rooftop pool/bar - which were both amazing. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were very comfortable - tall ceilings, excellent AC (important during a heat wave in the city), very nice shower and bathroom space. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely return!

Loved our stay here! We used the hotel as a base for Mad Cool festival and it was perfect. The food and drinks were exceptional, our room was wonderful, the fitness classes and spa facilities were great. We are Pilates trainers, and good hotel classes are hard to come by, but we really enjoyed these ones. The only thing that could be improved is the sound proofing in rooms. One night the bass from the hotel bar was very loud and we were woken up at 2am, but the front desk sorted it asap. A big shoutout to Pool Bar waiter Alberdo, super hard working and charming. We will be back! A true 5 star experience

We really loved this hotel however we were incredibly bummed that upon arrival the main amenity we wanted to use was not in service the entirety of the stay: the spa. It kinda killed our vibe and they got us a day pass to a local hotel with a spa but we wanted the luxury of walking downstairs for a quick steam every morning… so that really sucked but the hotel was nice.

The hotel was beautiful! The lobby and the rooms and decor. 1. The bell staff should offer to take your bags. We can say no, but they should offer. 2. The cleaning crew did not pick up used cups of coffee and tea for 2 days. 3. The pool staff would not serve drinks and we had to ask 2-3 times for snacks. It was dirty. Lemon slices and fries and towels everywhere on rooftop pool. Granted that they’re new. Some work to be done! Thank you

On the positive side: The room is very spacious, with high ceilings. The bed is good; the high-quality linen and pillows are soft. Bathroom products are very high quality. For the central location, it is pretty quiet in the room if the cleaning staff close the windows correctly ( I realized it on the second night). Suggestions: You need to create check list which includes checking all bathroom products (we didn’t have soap for the sink); Check windows and doors before and after each guest. Pocket door between bathroom and room not very functional; it took me 20 minutes to stick it out, and it was pretty tough to operate. Have Number 9 printed on the phone to call the concierge. Breakfast: all ingredients are fresh and taste good, but for 30 euro per person, you get a very limited variety. Eggs are not included. Simple sunny-side-up costs 9 euro. For sweets, you have the option of 3 puff pastries. Deli includes very good quality Iberico ham, cooked ham, and 2 types of salami. The coffee tastes like French press but is made on an espresso machine. I wouldn’t say it is a good coffee.

The hotel was very nice. The staff especially Isaac and Fran were exceptional. I think the hotel had been opened too early as snagging had not been completed fully. The restaurant was not open. Umbrellas not installed so difficult to sit in terrace as very hot. The spa was only offering massages and not the other facilities advertised when booking which was disappointing. However the bed was very comfortable. Lovely decor. Towels very fluffy. The location was excellent.
