The front desk people a male & female, were great in checking in. But, our Junior suite with terrace was old. There was mold on the ceiling, the chairs in living were dirty. There was no lock on the slide to the terrace. I told the guy in the front desk nothing was done. At least put a lock on it. Not the best.

Very friendly staff at reception. Well sized and presented room with all the features you would expect. Underground parking available at an adjacent public car park with a separate marked area for the Hotel allowing access straight from the car park to the Hotel. Large hotel by the convention center, not a good location, dirty area and kind of sketchy. About 20 minutes from old town walking, parking is paid. Saw people having drugs by the entrance of the lobby. Vigo's old town is in bad shape, many buildings are deteriorated.

Worst ever stay I have had while using hotel.com The hotel is not even a 2 star; no room service, no kitchen, unfriendly staff. Room not as shown in pictures and hotel in the middle of nowhere. More of a university hostel.
