Stains on covers. No milk for cereal. Breakfast soso. Staff very friendly. Didn’t expect much for the price but only place in town so it was fine for a night. Have to go back to that area again, so will be back there.

This qas the worst experience I've ever had at this hotel. They put us in room #410, which is the worst room they have. In the past the rooms were at least clean and the air conditioner was peiced together with tape. Large dead cockroaches on the floor, horrible. I use this particular hotel every time we go to Caldwell TX. I guess we will be going to Bryan or College Station now.

Overall, things were pretty good. There were a couple of things that didn't work. The phone in the room didn't work. The TV remote had dead batteries. After I went to the front and got new batteries, it still didn't work very well. It only would go to one channel, and I could not get it to move to another channel. Breakfast was very good.

Didn't understand the concept of a service animal. Knocked on door at 8am to ask of we needed towels. No "Do Not Disturb" signs available. Rooms were very humid. Bed was poor quality. TV didn't work.

American best value inn My daughter and I are stay at this hotel room 405 on October 29 for one night. This hotel needs a entirely renovation, everything is so worn out in our room, chair arm is peeling, bathroom rack are all rust, toilet paper holder is broken, shower is not working, discoloring wall, bathroom tile broken, rusted microwave, almost all metal items are rusted more or less. Cold breakfast only provided us white bread, cereal, milk, orange juice, banana, apple and coffee. It is the worst stay ever for us in decades!!! Pros: 1, nice quite area; 2, morning front desk staff Michael was nice and friendly.

I stayed here Oct 5,2024 in room 415. The room was extremely dirty. I cleaned the whole room. Did not shower because of the nasty towels. However even though i tried to not complain myself and daughter woke up covered in bug bites. They became extremely swolen with blisters. I'm very uncomfortable itchy arms,swollen with a lot of heat coming from bites. Extremely painful. Company has not answered my emails. I reported to Health Department

Not a good choice. Old nursing home converted to motel. Minimal effort apparent to make the rooms more appropriate for guests. Roaches seen in more than one place, old/rough sheets, towels like sandpaper, beds creak with slightest movement, very few and inconveniently placed outlets, no seal under door so all hallway noised are amplified. Due to a pipe leaking they moved us to another room but didn't have the size beds we originally paid for so were uncomfortable all night. Paid for 2 nights but took the loss - we just couldn't stay another night.
