Great value hotel in a stunning location. The room was large and clean - with a great balcony. Some of the staff (all except the gut who served breakfast) could hardly care less. Everyone seemed a bit tired of travellers & tourists tbh! Without warning, the front door was locked at 10pm and we struggled to get back in (neither the call bell or phone numbers worked). Great place - but staff could try harder 😉 and “customer service” could be better.

My wife fell coming in the entrance and lacerated her calf and heal quite severely. Staff directed us to the first aid station at the beach across the street from the hotel. First Aid station stopped the bleeding and directed us to nearby clinic. REALLY POOR CONSIDERATION FOR AN INJURED GUEST. I paid for taxi service to and from clinic. Hotel DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO CALL THE ROOM TO CHECK ON WIFE’s status.

Sejour tres agréable, personnel très attentifs a tous nos besoins et demandes diverses 24h/24h. Vraiment tres pro. Propreté sans faille. Que du plaisir...super petit dejeuner que l'on peut prendre en salle ou en terrasse face a la mer. Parking dispo (payant mais raisonnable) ce qui est un plus. Pour les fumeurs la terasse de la chambre est équipée et agreable. Nous y reviendrons c'est certain. Nous avons adoré

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Strandblick, wirklich wunderschöne Aussicht. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß, aber für ein Paar völlig ausreichend. Sonst kann man sagen, dass alles ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Man darf keine hohen Ansprüche haben. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

L'emplacement est très bien. Nous avions une chambre vue sur mer, très bien. Le confort du lit est parfait. notre séjour aurait pu être fantastique s'il n'avait pas été gâché par le manque de propreté. Un ménage vite fait car il y avait une boisson renversée sur la table de nuit et n'avait pas été nettoyée, des cheveux dans le lavabo, beaucoup de traces de doigts sur la porte des toilettes ce qui veut dire que ça fait longtemps que ce n'était pas nettoyé etc....et des traces dans la baignoire. Le personnel devrait porter plus d'attention à leur travail, par exemple, dans la salle du petit déjeuner des morceaux de pains par terre, les serveurs et serveuses passent plusieurs fois et font mine de ne pas voir...etc...

Je n'étais pas retourné dans cet hôtel depuis plusieurs années et celui-ci à beaucoup vieilli. Les chambres ont été rénovées mais à minima. Les parties communes ne l'ont pas été du tout et ne correspondent plus aux standards modernes actuels. Le système de chauffage (clim réversible) est bruyant car trop ancien et les compresseurs sur le toit font un bruit terrible. Enfin le petit-déjeuner est trop succinct par rapport à ce qu'il se fait dans les autres hôtels de s'Agaro.
