It's hard to describe this place in words—magical, peaceful, majestic. I had a wonderful visit here! The decor and ambience feel like it is a renovated temple or historic site, but the hotel is actually fairly new (started April 2025). It has a peaceful, historic feeling while also having excellent functional facilities and pristine, clean spaces. You are in the middle of the jungle with all its peace and ambience but also staying in extremely luxurious facilities. Historic but new, nature but luxurious—the best of all worlds! As amazing as the facilities are, the real treasure is the staff. They go above and beyond to be welcoming and hospitable and make this place really special. It felt like a small, tight-knit community that is focused on making guests feel like part of the family. Every single staff member giving 110% on customer service. I am a small town gal that does a lot of solo travel and have never quite had this experience of being in a resort that feels luxurious and also very homey. I am so thankful to the staff for making me feel like family, even as a solo traveler there for just a few days! The hotel has also has massage/spa services and will arrange for a masseuse to come to your room. They can also help arrange drivers. They have a restaurant with a wide variety of food choices—all delicious. The breakfasts are excellent too! There is really no reason to leave the resort once you arrive! I hope to go back again!

Le ménage était impeccable, et les draps ont été changés 3 fois pendant nos 8 jours, ce qui est très appréciable. Les petits déjeuners et le restaurant sont excellents, avec beaucoup de saveurs et des plats toujours bien préparés. Le personnel est adorable, souriant et d’une grande gentillesse, toujours prêt à aider. Un endroit que je recommande sans hésiter !
