Booked this hotel for my father only because it was easily accessible to railway station who was travelling late at night. But had worse experience ever.Never book this area with Expedia , the ownership was changed and not updated with Expedia. This hotel denied having any reservations and the front desk staff was busy drinking alcohol openly so didn’t even negotiated with them. Expedia lately has such miscommunication issues and seems not at all interested in any improvements. Moreover when I called support to register a complaint they were seemingly rude and in rush . Very unprofessional service.
