The location of the hotel is very good, with convenient car parking and easy access between Amsterdam city center and Haarlem. However, our experience in the lobby area was disappointing. The bar manager was extremely rude and spoke to us in an unprofessional manner. We were sitting in what we believed to be a public lobby area, having coffee, and were not aware that it was part of the bar. He approached us suddenly and said, “I will be nice with you today and ask you to leave.” When I asked him to clarify what he meant, instead of handling the situation calmly, his tone remained unfriendly and inappropriate. This interaction left a very negative impression and significantly affected our overall experience at the hotel.

A very pleasant and comfortable 2 night stay here. So handy to the airport, even with two bags to navigate with. The train stops just meters away and it’s a very short walk.
