Wonderful stay! Matt at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating. The room worked perfectly for me traveling with 3 kids. Gorgeous views, nice amenities, very convenient to be attached to the waterpark. Room was spotless, bed and pillows were comfortable. I can't think of anything that could have been better.

From check-in to check-out this property was nothing less than amazing. I read the reviews before booking and all the 5 stars were 100 percent accurate. While i did have a minor maintenence issue, i called the front desk and the polite maintenance employee was at my room in less than 5 minutes and my issue fixed in less than 10. And oh my lord, the beds are actually comfortable. If your on the fence about booking this resort dont be, you will love it.

Very beautiful granite countertops, fireplace keeps u cozy warm on them cold nights, was nice sitting on the deck enjoying the sunshine and fresh air🌞… this is our 3rd time here and we have enjoyed it every time we go here. Check in process was fast and efficient Matt was our check in person he was very friendly and informative. Fernando is also amazing , friendly and courteous….. rock on Matt and Fernando you r great at what u do !!!!😁

Our suite was great! We loved it being attached to the waterpark and not having to actually leave. The staff were friendly, very helpful and attentive. I loved the text feature to ask questions when needed as well. Our suite was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed and more.
