Lovely staff, breakfast options were good. The room was also very big with huge seating area , thanks to the housekeeping staff who kept the room clean and amenities topped up. My family also enjoyed the swimming pool facility, it was compact but very relaxing and warm. Metro station also just outside the hotel, which is convenient if you want to avoid being stuck in a traffic.

The interior design, and attention to detail in the rooms were up to par with the st regis if not better! The dining options here were very impressive. The breakfast spread was surprisingly expansive! From the variety and options, to the display, I would say it's one of the top hotel breakfasts I have had! They also have a la cart options for hot foods and eggs. Must try!

I was pleasantly surprised with Hyatt’s amenities and overall experience. We arrived earlier than check in time and Maria was so nice and welcoming. She made sure we were comfortable and provided us room as soon as possible - one hour before our time. The food (we had half board) was sooo good.
