It was beautiful! View outstanding. The pictures you have need to be updated. The outside looks nothing like the photos. Overgrown- weeds by the front door area and so much sand. Cliff we can tell has been slowly eroding. Next door the neighbors are loosing their yard. Your yard the fence dangerous. I would not have any children in yard. grassy and things including old tables and wire fencing laying around. Deck falling apart. Lots of sand- we understand but none cleaned up. Bbq horrible even though I asked if we can use it. Unusable and the fire table no propane tank just lying there. Inside good. Only we had to replace the batteries on the smoke detector. One of our washcloths in bathroom gross and bloody. Not goood. Had to ask for keys to garage was not in your book. We did see whales hanging in the area. I would not have pets there dangerous yard. Soo much sand out front. Could have been cleaned or swept for new guests arrival.

The good. Exceptional view. Saw whale. Peaceful and quiet. The inside of the house was well cleaned and updated, though some of the updates look incomplete in the kitchen. The furniture is getting a bit worn. The curtain rod over the living room sliding glass door is about to fall off. The master bath towel holder fell off the wall. There are no curtains on 2 of the kitchen windows. The bad. The outside of the house looks terrible, rundown. The yard doesn't look anything like the pictures. It was overgrown with grass, the deck needs re-staining, all the outside furniture was worn out, junk all around. There is a huge sand dune on one side of the yard. And because of all the sand, all of the windows had sand in them, so if you open them, sand will blow in, and then they are hard to close. They asked for a pet fee the day before. Then the access code isn't delivered until 2 hrs before, or you can pay extra to receive it before then, which just seemed like a scam. The view is worth a million dollars. The inside is nice enough. The outside of the house is a wreck.
