O quarto tem todos os itens necessários à estadia, porém não é preparado para receber Pets. Tive muita dificuldade em adaptar a estadia aos meus cães. Também há demora quanto a aquisição de alguns serviços como café da manhã. Acho que o preço cobrado não condiz com as condições da estadia, o valor é bem elevado para o serviço prestado. Enfim, a experiência poderia ter sido melhor.
