We had a third floor balcony room and loved it! The room was clean and the view was absolutely unbeatable! We saw whales from our balcony! The breakfast was minimal but for the price, we would stay at this cute little boutique hotel again! We listened to the ocean at night and even used the gas fireplace one night because it was such a cool evening. It’s on a a timer so that’s convenient, too.

Beach view was extraordinary. We couldn't have been closer than if we camped on the sand. The weather was perfect the entire stay added to a nearly perfect few days away. We went and saw a lot and after a visit to the Ojai used bookstore we spent a lot of time reading on the patio deck, watching the gulls, waves and beachgoers. Never made it to the national or state parks. To much to do for a first visit to Ventura and Ojai.
