Inget dåligt men bra att veta, det är väldiigt mycket barn och barnfamiljer. Få i personalen kan engelska. Men ett fint, snyggt, välskött hotel med trevlig personal, fina poolområden, fina rum, bra frukost!

Thank you for a great stay! This hotel was luxurious, with a gorgeous view of the ocean, access to the ocean, and great bar and restaurants. Loved the indoor and outdoor pool and the spa too!

良かった点: 施設内(野外)プールはとてもよかった！　　朝食、利用するお店が混んでいて別の会場へ案内されてスムーズに、食事できたのは本当に良かったです！ご飯もおいしかったです 改善して欲しい点: 梅雨時期なので仕方ないとは思いましたが、湿気が酷く室内の臭いが気になりました。また、客室が絨毯だったので 湿った感じが苦手でした。

ガーデンプールが良かったです。夕暮れ時はとても素敵でした。子供たちも大喜びでした。 連泊したいと言っていました。朝食ブッフェもよかったです。部屋はがっかりでしたが料金面で納得しました。風呂場の脱衣所が狭い。部屋がカビ臭いのが気になりました。

ビーチは一切期待しない方が良い

ビーチは引潮時ということもあったが、ひどかった。この前日に泊まったところのビーチが、デフォルトになっていたので、大きく期待を裏切られた。もう少し手入れを考えた方が良い。今後帰って来たいとは思わない。

子供が大喜び！

ゴールデンウィークに滞在。 スタンプラリー、縁日、シーサー絵付け そしてもちろんプールやプライベートビーチで 遊ぶのに大忙し！ チェックアウト後、ロビーの水槽のウツボに 「また来る時まで生きててなー！」と挨拶していた子供達。 また沖縄滞在する時は泊まりたいです！
