Il mio partner ha prenotato questo posto per il mio compleanno perché volevo un posto con una vasca da bagno! È stato favoloso, ci hanno fatto un upgrade alla camera con vista sulla città e la mia vasca era fantastica. Il letto era comodo con molti bei cuscini. Il personale, da Jimmy alla reception a Jammas che ci serviva la colazione e ci aiutava quando non riuscivamo ad accendere le luci, è stato tutto adorabile. Al mio ritorno ho trovato anche un bel biglietto e un vaso di fiori per il mio compleanno, così carino. Siamo stati 2 notti per coccolarci, ogni centesimo ne è valsa la pena.

My partner booked this place for my birthday as I wanted somewhere with a bath! It was fabulous, we were upgraded to the city view room & my bath was lush. Bed was comfortable with lots of nice pillows. The staff, from Jimmy on reception to Jammas serving us breakfast & helping when we couldn't switch our lights on they were all lovely. I came back to a lovely card & vase of flowers on my birthday too, so sweet. We stayed 2 nights for a treat, worth every penny.

Very good hotel with a perfect location. I am also very happy with the staff at the front desk and the personel who welcome you upon arrival. In addition, I was helped to get tickets for an event in an excellent way. I will return to West End when I come back to Nice next time.

AMAAAAAZING! Would recommend any time :) Jimmi and Mia are the nicest and did there very best to make this stay amazing. And they did great on that. We booked for a second time and planning for a 3rd stay at the end of our Vietnam trip. Besides Jimmi and Mia who are great the location is also a big plus, you can walk to the centre in just 5 minutes ( but have shops and restaurants in the same street), the hotel is clean and other members of the staff are also doing their very best. Breakfast is another big plus, a lot of choices and variation in the food. They are really nice and helpfull, like your staying with friends. They asked how your days was and if you need anything else they make sure everything is going great for you. They have tips for places to go and where not to go :) We even could stall a small suitcase for a longer periode of time while we went on a cruise, which was a nice thing for us.

Nous avons passé un moment des plus accueillants et relaxants à l'hôtel Indochine Premium. Je tiens particulièrement à mentionner Jimmi et Mia. Ils avaient toujours le sourire et ont fait tout leur possible pour nous. L'hôtel est proche de tout (à moins de 5 minutes à pied). Les lits étaient super confortables et les chambres étaient propres. Nous avons séjourné dans deux chambres, mais la suite familiale au 10ème étage était incroyable. Lorsque je reviendrai en Thaïlande, je reviendrai sans aucun doute séjourner ici.

We had the most welcoming and relaxing time at Indochine Premium hotel. I would like to particularly mention Jimmi and Mia. They always had a smile on their face and went above and beyond for us. The hotel is close to everything (within a 5 min walk). Beds were super comfy and rooms were clean. We stayed in two rooms but the family suite on level 10 was amazing. When I come back to Thailand I would definitely stay again.

Location was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Special mention to Mia who was very welcoming and offered useful tips that helped make our first trip in Hanoi much easier. The family room was very spacious. The noodles served for breakfast were tasty.

Zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel. Ze reageerden heel snel op al onze vragen en hielpen ons met een late check-out omdat we laat naar huis vlogen.
