The hotel was decent as was the breakfast, the hotel has good parking for cars and really close to the airport. I couldn’t use the bath as the plug was broken (the room has a shower) and strips of plastic covering previous damage peeling off slightly, no doubt I would stay again, if the room was such a problem I would have asked for another but this suited me, short walk into the village where you can get a decent dinner if you didn’t want the hotel food….!

Check in staff were terrible, lady when we checked in Monday 20th October evening time in a pinstriped dress was so rude. The gentleman was actually lovely he couldn’t have done enough for us. Rooms were clean and the suite was massive. Restaurant was nice for dinner staff were pleasant. Missed breakfast by 5 and the fella said he couldn’t take us which is understandable. We had to pay £250 deposit at check in per room which I never realised at the time of booking

busyStayed here for early airport departure. Great decision. The shuttle starts at 6am, but we had to be there at 430. Front desk arranged for car service, which was prompt, friendly, and on time. Hotel was clean, comfortable, and although busy, our room was very quiet. Thank you.

The property was average. The room had two bathrooms which was handy travelling with a family. Access to restaurants was tricky, but it was walking distance to a mall. We chose this property due to the pool/hot tub and airport shuttle, however we were not expecting that both were ammenities with cost! We did enjoy our stay here except for a few unfortunate details. We loved the health and wellbeing center except that the hamman and steam rooms were out of order. The room was very nice except one bathroom smelled strongly of mold. We just used the other one and kept the door closed. But nearby was a beautiful park and tourism office and a great little town with many wonderful small shops and restaurants. Beautiful! Very kind and helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

All of the staff is friendly and helpful. The shuttle driver thoroughly explained getting to each airport terminal from the drop off point. Daytime shuttle service is limited and is an extra fee Maintenance responded within minutes for a simple repair. TV reception was weak but could not be repaired. A little kitchenette was useful for a 2 day stay. Many choices for self serve breakfast (not included in price) and well staffed, clean with many choices. Glass door shower entrance is extremely narrow. A deep bathtub is available with attached hand held shower. Walking to the village is pleasant through a park behind hotel. Spa was closed but indoor pool was available.

This is a nice hotel with helpful friendly staff and nice rooms for the most part. One of our bathrooms had a mildew smell that got progressively worse. We had two bathrooms so we only used one and kept the door closed. I should have complained but we were very busy. The wellness area was a welcome rest with pool and sauna abut unfortunately both the hamam and steam rooms and shower in that area were all out of order, as was the dryer for laundry. But we enjoyed our stay anyhow. Great walking paths and park with the Tourism Office and town with many small shops and restaurants.

Pros: -The room was nice, clean, nice balcony - Great to have a kitchenette Cons: A big con is the shuttle - unbelievably it's not available between 11 am and 5 pm - right in the middle of the day! You have to take an Uber or taxi if you arrive at those times. Even worse - there is a $7 charge each way - I travel a lot and have never had a hotel charge me for the shuttle. It makes the place really seem cheap.
