Amazing stay

We loved our stay, the hotel is brand new and they told us we were the second guests staying in the room. Staff is friendly and the room is spacious and clean. The restaurant also has delicious food. We will definitely be back.

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay in room 313, as the experience was unfortunately quite disappointing. I made the reservation through Hotels.com, as I typically do when travelling, often several times per month. I am therefore quite familiar with hotels positioned in the same category as yours and normally have very positive experiences. However, several aspects of this stay were surprising: • Upon entering the room, I noticed that the bed was extremely small, likely the smallest double bed I have encountered in a hotel of this category. When I contacted reception, I was informed that I should have paid closer attention to the bed type during booking. I was offered a room with two separate beds, which unfortunately does not work when travelling with my wife for a romantic stay. • The room appeared to be adapted for accessibility needs, which I fully respect and appreciate as an important feature. However, this was not required in our case and it significantly reduced the usable space in the shower. • There were also no convenient power outlets on the left side of the bed or near the workspace for charging devices. In order to charge my phone or laptop, I had to unplug the bedside lamp and the desk lamp, which is quite inconvenient for a modern hotel room. These are relatively basic functional aspects that one would not expect to encounter in a hotel of your brand’s reputation, especially considering that the property is relatively new and pos

Nada de 5 estrelas. Serviços básicos e atendimentos de Checkin ruim. Tipo de hotel econômico. Não tem serviço de abertura de cama e outros mimos durante a hospedagem ou um serviço especial que se destaque ou justifica o valor ou a classificação que se denomina. Cama muito confortável, café da manhã muito bom. Comida do restaurante razoável e muito pouco a quantidade servida. Deve está treinando pra ser Michelin. Não tem serviços de spa. É um hotel 4 estrelas. Com preço de 5 estrela. O Gran Mercure tem uma excelente entrega com menor valor. Não voltaria para esse hotel. Só o fato de ser novo não justificaria os altos valores cobrados.

Hotel bem novo e cama super confortável, mas o serviço de room service não tem um cardápio claro. Pedimos um misto quente infantil que não constava que tinha geleia, o mesmo veio com geleia de jabuticaba e as crianças não comeram. Informei a recepção e achei que não iria ser cobrada pelo lanche, na hora do check out ele estava na fatura.

Quarto com decoração moderna e elegante, muito silencioso, cortinas automáticas deixam o quarto bem escuro, cama ótima, roupas de cama excelentes. Banheiro excelente também, tudo muito novo e de primeira. Equipamentos de musculação muito bons.
