Après avoir hésité longuement entre plusieurs hôtels, je regrette aucune mon choix ! Villas Tiburón est un hôtel incroyable, propre, bien placé et surtout je dis bien surtout un personnel merveilleux ! Que ce soit à la réception, au bar, en cuisine, à la piscine ou sur les transats ils et elles sont toutes et tous merveilleux ! Merci encore à vous pour ces magnifiques jours passés chez vous. Niveau emplacement : pas besoin de taxi, contrairement à d’autres hôtels, celui ci est vraiment vraiment bien placé et la plage est incroyable !

The front desk girl was terrible. She had. O business being behind a desk while thy tell you full concierge service. She doesn’t understand English . I made plans to get a pick up taxi. ..ferry boat and return taxi. She nodded her head. I gave paper to her all written out and she said okay I got it and confirmed to me that it was all taken care of. Next day she had nothing arranged. She apologized profusely but why she told me she understood and all Taken care is a mystery to me z. She screwed our return home trip up and cost us a day

Place was great for the price, loves the staff. They help you with anything you need. If you need a bus to chiquila, a taxi to the very, or rent bikes or golf carts all day. The area is near lots of other restaurants and closest to punta mosquitos . The drinks were good loves the bar upstairs with the pool. Such a beautiful view. Not sure why people complain. It's great for the price !

Great location in Holbox. We could walk to the city center in less than 20 min. Everyone was friendly and the room was very nice. I felt it fell short only on beach amenities. They have a so called "beach club" but all you get is chairs and towels. No bikes, paddleboards, kayaks,.. included in the club

The only thing i would change are the beds, they were small and pretty uncomfortable. But everything else was amazing! We will for sure return just try anothervroom with different beds. Would love to honeymoon there!

We used to LOVE this hotel but have not been in a few years. The service has definitely declined, though the staff are very kind, just not as attentive. The hotel overall needs a bit of a refresh as well. Unfortunately, I think we will be trying a different hotel on our next visit.

We have stayed at this hotel for 5 times already. There are having renovations which is good as they haven’t had it in a while. The pool was cloudy and needs some good cleaning. They have now breakfast which was pretty good and not expensive. I still recommend the place but need to take care of the details.
