De primeira nós colocaram num quarto muito sinistro com janela vista muro .. aí pedimos pra mudarmos e eles aceitaram em troca de mais 220 reais por dia. O novo quarto foi melhor e maior mas mesmo assim muito muito antigo com as janelas todas quebradas e os vidros extremamente sujos , o banheiro tinha a porta toda descascada e o vaso era tudo respingado de sujeira do lado de fora . Os móveis do quarto também lamentavelmente desgastados do tempo como todo o hotel

Controle da TV e cofres estragados. Funcionários falando alto demais durante as limpezas, dessa forma, importunando os hóspedes que ainda estava descansando. Hotel barulhento. E, por fim, o café da manhã muito desorganizado. Poucos funcionários trabalhando, os estavam não limpavam as mesas com agilidade. Faltava reposição de produtos no buffet, café e talheres.
