The property is HORRIBLE, unmaintained, unkept, furniture was old, torn, water pressure almost non-existant in shower. The outdoor area looks well kept and groomed. Rooms are in a severe need of an upgrade. Rooms were so bad, we decided not to stay the second night.

Nos toco vista a la calle, pero bien, se ve que fue un hotel muy amplio en sus años pero al parecer conservan solo un edificio actualizado, cuenta con estacionamiento Por mejorar 2 puntos: 1.- No tiene restuarante ente semana, podria darles una asesoria y gestoria pero incluira remuneración 2.-La joven en recepcion al hacer entrega de la tarjeta de la habitacion hace mencion que cada vez que salgas debes de dejar tu tarjeta o que si la pierdes o se desactiva tiene un costo de $ 500.00 haganme ustedes el favor

Al llegar nos informaron que la alberca estaba cerrada por “motivos de limpieza”, pero en realidad la cerraron porque en la noche habría un evento a un lado. Esto es completamente engañoso. Morelos es un destino al que uno va precisamente a relajarse, y la alberca es un factor decisivo al momento de reservar un hotel. No es un servicio opcional. Si un hotel ofrece y cobra por este tipo de amenidades, debe garantizarlas o informar con total transparencia desde el inicio.
