Boa experiência para a família.

Este hotel é exatamente o que demonstra o site. Foi ótimo. Buscamos estar junto a natureza e dos animais. Minha filha saiu muito satisfeita. Não usamos a piscina de ondas, por nossa opção, pois estava muito frio externamente, mas os outros hóspedes aproveitaram. Mesmo com o dia frio, os quartos estavam com temperatura muito agradável.

E um local especial, muito espaço e bem pensado. Perfeito para quem gosta de natureza. Só acho que o Zmar devia ter mais funcionários na zona da piscina e restaurante. Ninguém controlava o numero de pessoas na piscina o que n passou muita segurança. Havia álcool por todo o lado e a villa estava ok, mas na zona de maior convívio acho que devia haver mais cuidado.

Our family liked the experience at Zmar, living in a very comfortable wooden cabin with a nice deck for outside lunches. The pool was also great for the kids. The density of the houses could be lower as you rows of streets with wooden cabins the animal farm is a bit run down.

Cama de molas barulhenta, um lado grudada a parede, sem mesa de canto. Banheiro com cantos mofados, porta da ducha quebrada e remendada com fita adesiva, trocador de temperatura da torneira de parafuso. Tudo isso por 134 euros sem café da manhã. Café da manhã foi pago a parte, estilo take away devido ao covid-19. Quando chegamos, 10:00, só havia uma caixinha de ovos disponível, depois não repuseram mais para os outros hóspedes. Não aluguem a cabana de 1 quarto, não vale o dinheiro. As de 2 quartos pareciam mais amplos e menos vagabundos que o que fiquei.

Bom parque aquático e bangalôs de 3 dormitórios muito confortável e bem equipados. Boa proposta numa localização ótima para explorar a Costa Vicentina e conhecer as vilas e praias da região. No que podemos referir aos quartos em si, foi tudo muito agradável. No que se refere ao geral há umas reflexões que conveem ser feitas por parte da quinta. Ou seja desde as desagradáveis lombas que quem tiver um carro mais baixo como era o meu caso não aconselho de todo pois mesmo praticamente parado o mesmo batia com violência na parte de baixo. no que se refere as actividades as próprias actividades oferecidas pela e disponíveis é tudo relativamente caro para uma familia de 4 pessoas por exemplo, desde as bicicletas à escalada, ao tenis, ao padel etc. ate mesmo as refeições buffet disponiveis no restaurante a 19.50€ por pessoa sem bebidas o que leva as pessoas a sairem da quinta.

A hora de check-in é muito tarde, 16.00, e a do check-out é muito cedo, 11.00. Fiquei em bungalow, o que aumenta o valor dispendido, logo considero que a entrada e a saída do mesmo deveriam ser reconsideradas, para que o cliente usufrua melhor do tempo que tem e não vá só dormir ao zmar.

Not really an eco lodge

This place is advertised as an eco lodge but it has nothing of the eco lodge.. plastic cups for coffee in the morning, insane amount of food prepared for breakfast that is gonna be thrown away for sure, TV was on in the room when we got there..
