Fabulous BnB in a great location. Very clean and comfortable. Easy check in. A nice quiet location only a few minutes drive to shops and foreshore. Added bonus of the pool and spa. We stayed in the Serengeti suite which was large and spacious

Lovely place to stay. We only had one night and stayed in the Serengeti Suite. It was very spacious and had everything we needed. Would have benefited more from a longer stay. There was cereal, yogurt, toast and canned fruit for breakfast in the suite.

A well kept secret in Paraparaumu!!

We had a lovely stay here, my husband had hurt his back while moving our daughter into her flat in Wellington. Our host went above and beyond to make him comfortable. THANK YOU! His local knowledge was invaluable and the spa pool worked a treat. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed and so much more. We will return

Beautifully presented, and ideal for what we wanted, Generous continental breakfast options, and private accommodation. If there's a negative it would be the limited parking on the property -- there is room for one car (not a large SUV, I hope) but limited maneuverable room for a timid driver; but there is ample on-street parking in a very private cul-de-sac. Overall, I would be very happy to recommend, and will be delighted to use again should the need arise.

We stayed before and after a visit to Kapiti island, and the hot tub and hot shower were just what we needed. Walkable to shops, restaurants and the beach. The breakfast was provided in the room, with a good variety of choices. However, there was limited preparation space so it could be a bit cramped when trying to make food. You definitely should eat dinner out, as there is no where to do dishes other than the bathroom sink. This is not a big issue, but worth noting! Overall a great stay, Simon was lovely and very helpful!

Despite it raining during our stay, we enjoyed a hot spa, and even a brisk but refreshing swim in the large pool. The breakfast was plentiful, with a great range of cereals.
