Location was good, the Room was ok but bathroom was very poorly designed and always getting flooded. Room was not cleaned regularly and had to ask few times to get it cleaned and changed towel. Breakfast selection was very limited and quality was poor. There are better options available for similar price...

Excellent Hotel! Beyond expectations
Honestly did not expect the place to be this good. I’d like to think of myself as someone with very highs standards for hotels, this one might not be the most luxurious hotel, but the staff definitely stands out! Very very helpful and understanding and super polite!
The place is also a few mins walking distance from Haram and has super markets and shops right beneath it. I really liked everything about this Hotel. The free breakfast was also a huge point, makes your life a bit easier after Fajr prayer. I would easily give it 4.8/5 (the missing points would be for the weak WiFi and the hallway smell sometimes)

AC in one of the room was making all kind of noises you can’t sleep properly broken showers coffee makers have a debris in it. Staff is way below average will never recommend this hotel to anybody.

Very luxurious and clean hotel. Service is amazing and staff are very helpful. Really close to Masjid Al Nabwi. Will stay here each time we come. Recommended!
