Tgis place is always great. The location is perfect to see everything the city has to offer. The staff is over the top. The in house restaurant and bar are great. Being steps away from the cathedrale and other eateries is a bonus. Also Roman ruins are about a 10 minute walk.

The property was a bit dated, but elegant and spacious. The location is wonderful, couldn't be better. The wifi is very slow and needs updating. That was a problem. Also, the mattress was extremely hard. Felt like sleeping on a rock. A good pillow top cover for the existing mattress might help.

Property was well-located, both in terms of proximity to Metro (just 1 stop away from train station) and main sites of Brescia (notably the Giulia Museum and the adjacent Roman temple/theater/forum. Somewhat disappointing as a hotel. Overall, the hotel was tired and needed sprucing up. Room was decent sized but bed was hard (mattress thin) and bathroom just OK -- by the end of a fairly short shower I was ankle deep in water. WiFi connection was uneven -- had a number of Zoom calls dropped because of insufficient bandwidth (although worked better later in the day).

The hotel is a beautiful art deco building. The lobby is Grand and the staff, excellent. I was in my room in minutes. The room was great and the bathroom was a good size comparatively. The location of the hotel, couldn’t have been better, right in the middle of town and a few minutes walk from everything you want to see.

My partner stayed at the hotel from the 28th until the 30th of July 2023. The staff were excellent from the first minute we walked in through the door. The staff are very helpful knowledgeable, The hotel is located in a fantastic area with plenty of historic buildings & fantastic restaurant located around this area, dined out every night wonderful food, wonderful hotel, wonderful area will deafly revisit.

My stay at Hotel Vittoria was perfect. Very, very centrally located, responsive and gracious helpful staff, daily cleaning and linen changes (rare in today’s world), exceptional breakfast offerings and rooftop bar for evening food and cocktails. Did I mention the location? No need for car or taxis except to and from train station. Absolutely recommend Hotel Vittoria and I will stay again when I return to lovely Brescia.
