Good size room with standard equipment. Plenty of hangar space but almost no drawer space. No English language channels on the TV. The bathroom had a partially glass wall so turning on the bathroom light also lit up the bedroom. Good selection for breakfast but often a long slow line up for breakfast. Centrally located

A nice quiet hotel, with a comfortable bed though there was not enough space to walk in the room. As noted by others, there is no tea or coffee making facilities and neither can the heating in the room be adjusted. This is quite inconvenient. The hotel is centrally placed, between the shopping street and the old town and within 15 mins walking from the Guggenheim. It is worth getting breakfast at the hotel, only because you would be hard pressed to find something very nearby. All in all, I was reasonably happy with the stay but I would probably try and stay somewhere different the next time when I am in Bilbao.
