This this Aparthotel was an excellent find. It was in a great safe, Providencia location close to all major attractions. It was clean, beautifully maintained highly functional and met all our needs, though I did not need to use the kitchen component. The one thing that stood out about everything elsewas the hospitality of the staff. Anita and Lazaro went out of their way to help me with a late checkout close to midnight, help me arrange a private airport pick up and were there to receive me beyond their usual hours. Their kindness, compassion, and hospitality completely won me over. It felt like family welcoming you to their house. I would highly recommend this place without any hesitation. Go ahead and book it without any reservations.

Nice, bright apartment. You could easily use it as a temporary residence. Small but very adequate kitchen and living room. Large bedroom. Washer/dryer combo. There’s a bit of street noise but was not a problem for us. Good dining nearby including fine dining, coffee places and a good vegetarian restaurant (El Huerto). Everyone was friendly and Ivan the manager was friendly, helpful and efficient. We stayed here twice and would definitely do it again.

Such a comfortable stay! The apartment was large, even had a washer/dryer. I don’t know much Spanish so I had to use Google Translate to communicate with the staff, but every person I dealt with was wonderful and such a pleasure. Communication was clear and easy to get in touch with via WhatsApp. Very close to lots of shops and places to eat and public transit. I felt like I was at home.

Minha experiência no Apart Hotel Orly foi simplesmente maravilhosa! Fiquei encantada com a localização, que considero privilegiada. O apartamento tem uma vista linda para a avenida, para o Sky Costanera e para a Cordilheira dos Andes. A rua é muito arborizada, tranquila e agradável, tornando a estadia ainda mais especial. O apartamento estava impecavelmente limpo, muito espaçoso e extremamente confortável. Conta com dois quartos (um de casal e um de solteiro), roupas de cama de excelente qualidade, um ótimo chuveiro e uma cozinha muito bem equipada, com geladeira, micro-ondas, cafeteira, torradeira e forno elétrico, oferecendo toda a praticidade necessária. Outro grande destaque foi o atendimento. Fomos recebidos com muito carinho e atenção por toda a equipe. A Sra. Anita e o Sr. Ivan foram especialmente gentis, acolhedores e sempre muito prestativos, fazendo com que nos sentíssemos em casa. Sem dúvida, foi uma excelente escolha para nossa viagem a Santiago. Voltarei com toda a certeza e recomendo a hospedagem a todos que procuram conforto, localização excelente e um atendimento verdadeiramente acolhedor!

Apartamento espaçoso, cozinha equipada (embora um pouco pequena), roupas de cama confortáveis, aquecedores eficientes. A localização é perfeita, perto de bares, restaurantes, mercado, metrô e muitas atrações de Santiago. Fizemos quase tudo a pé. O apartamento tinha tudo o que precisávamos, com água e frutas na nossa chegada. Observe que o apartamento 34, que ficamos, recebe bastante barulho da rua, então considere isso se seu sono for leve. Apesar disso, ficaríamos aqui novamente com muita certeza.
