Firstly the good points, the room and bathroom/kitchen were very clean. The bad points, location, its an ex council house in a council estate with Union Jacks on every lamp post. If that doesn’t bother then all good, but there are nicer areas of Birmingham that feel less oppressive

The property is very comfortable and in a quiet location with shops no too far of…Has all the amenities you can think of,you literally can go to this place empty handed and still be comfy,you need to get yourself and toothbrush and toothpaste in the nearby shops though 😂but over it’s an excellent place and for sure I will return

Well presented rooms. Bedroom has a nice big bed and plenty of channels on the TV. Good wifi kettle and a fridge. A more comfortable chair would be nice. The bathroom is separated from bedroom which is a bit inconvenient but the shower was nice and hot snd it wea very clean. The shared kitchen is quite well equipped and also very clean and tidy. Outside is just a gravelled area. Low maintenance I guess but functional Contact is remote by phone and check in done via lockbox I had no issues and would stay there again. Regular bus X21 nearby leaves about every 20 minutes into the city. Journey takes 40 minutes or so Takeaways and other shops nearby and its quite a decent area

The room was clean and functional but, there some teething problems with lighting (make sure lower hallway lights are on for room 5 - up top); the kitchenette, if needed, requires a few more tools & gadgets (bread knife, cork screw/bottle opener - assume nothing and ask) and some (flat pack) furniture has been poorly assembled and rattles. But overall it was warm, quiet, double bed with, a decent corner shower room, including a few necessaries, to make it a comfy experience.

The Room was nice and clean, bathroom had nice shower but the bathroom was very compact (Tight) when we arrived the Room was nice & cosy but about 2 hours later the radiator went cold and I didn't know how to switch the heating on again It was a very cold day in Birmingham so needed to have the heating on all the time but unfortunately we didn't know where to switch on Otherwise everything was Very good Thanks Would definitely recommend and will use again when I'm in Birmingham
