全体的にはいつも綺麗で泊まりやすいホテルなんですが、唯一エレベーター内がワクチン臭で臭い。鼻を覆ってないと我慢できない臭さでビックリした！ワクチン接種者が滞在するのは仕方ないと思いますが、エレベーター内の換気を強化して欲しいです。（お風呂に関してはエレベーターと同様でワクチン臭がするのでサウナには入りません。）その他はほぼ満足しております。

10歳の息子と利用。 駅前だが、ゴミゴミしておらず、閑静。朝早起きして散歩を楽しむこともできる。 建物自体は古いと思われるが、それを感じさせない内装で、清潔感がある。 コーヒー、アイス、夜泣きそば、マンガコーナーなど無料サービスが充実。朝食も非常に充実しており、息子も大満足。 ビジネスホテルだが、家族連れでも安心して利用できる優良ホテル。温泉、サウナもついて値段も手頃。総合的な評価は非常に高い。機会があれば必ずリピートしたい。

喫煙ルームでしたが、ヤニというか何というかとても我慢できない部屋の臭いで、窓を開けても、空気清浄機も消臭スプレーも全く意味がありません。ベッド自体もシーツやカバーに臭いがすでに染み付いてしまっていて気持ちが悪く全然眠れませんでした。前々日に泊まった掛川のドーミーインさんは喫煙ルームでしたが、そんな事はありませんでした。掛川店さんが良かったので、急遽三河安城店さんにも泊まる事にしたのですがとても残念でした。禁煙ルームに泊まれよと言う話かもしれませんが、タバコを吸う人でも厳しい臭いだと思うので改善して頂きたいです。また是非泊まりたいとも思っています。よろしくお願い致します。
