I contacted the hotel through the Hotels.com messaging feature and the staff were so responsive and went above and beyond to coordinate getting this delivered to my next hotel. We had a Japanese style room, and because there are no beds (they put out futons each night for us to sleep on), it was roomy by Japanese standards. The other good thing was the onsen (public bath), which we used daily. The downside is the location, in a newer area about a 20 minute walk from most of the sights and restaurants.
