Hotel Telepostal Congreso is a standard hotel that is pleasant and adequate for a stay. The rooms are a practical size and very clean and functional. Breakfast is basic but fine.There are good restaurants and shops close by. It is a good 20- 30 minute walk to the central areas and main attractions in BA.
