High-Quality Stay with Excellent Comfort

Great accommodation — modern, clean, and very spacious. Both the room and bathroom offered more space than you usually find in a hotel. I appreciated the high-quality, spotless materials (bed sheets, mattress, pillows, towels, etc.). Breakfast was not huge in variety (but all you need), but everything provided was fresh and of excellent quality. The location is also perfect, close to the city center and many restaurants.

So many good things to say about this property. They hit everything you could want in a hotel and more (including a decent breakfast buffet). Even when I was trying to make my way to a nearby boat for a trip, the staff not only knew where I needed to go, but actually walked with me outside and down the street to show me where it was (said it was a super nice day, let's walk). 100% would come back!

Hotel nur einen Sprung von der Straßenbahnstation entfernt, ca. 15 Min. vom Bhf mit Tram, Ankunft außerhalb der Rezeptionszeiten verlief gut über Code und den Hintereingang, Zimmer hat auch keinen Schlüssel, sondern denselben Code, Zimmer sehr schön, groß, sauber im Vorraum gab es das WC (leider ging Tür von selbst auf und nicht zum Absperren), dann ging man quasi durch’s Bad, links das Waschbecken und Spiegel, rechts sehr großer Duschbereich mit angenehmer Regendusche, leider ohne Duschstange und ohne Haltestange, das Wasser beim Waschbecken war etwas sehr speziell zum Aufdrehen, wollte man Warmes, musste man es sehr lange aufdrehen (Drehhahn) und es floss sehr stark, auch wenn man es nicht stark wollte, definitiv Wasserverschwendung. Da es keine Tür gab, war man beim Waschbecken ohne Privatsphäre, wenn man sich z.B. dort waschen wollte, kann es unangenehm sein, die 2. Person muss einem quasi im Zimmer den Rücken zudrehen. Sehr hohe Boxspringbetten, aber angenehm zum Liegen, es gab Steckdosen neben dem Bett, aber beide waren belegt, was unpraktisch ist, wenn man z.B. Handy anstecken möchte. Im Zimmer gab es Kaffeemaschine inkl. passenden Kaffee und Zucker, aber leider keine Milch (Kondens/Pulver). Frühstück war gut, allerdings war es etwas kompliziert, da die einzelnen Sachen (Wurst, Cerealien, Marmelade, Gebäck etc) alles woanders verstreut war und man suchen musste, wo was ist.
