Staff was very friendly and accommodating. There was an issue with getting clean towels upon request. However, clean towels were provided. This is a quaint place that is clean and walkable distance to the center if town. Word of advice, bring something back to your room to snack on since front desk doesn't provide anything to purchase and the sidewalks are rolled up in S.M.A. after 830 pm during the weekday. We would stay here again.

Wonderful suite. Had everything needed. Clean, the front desk was attentive. Parking was provided via valet, if you have a rental or personal vehicle you’ll need to park it with valet away from property. Location is great, you’ll walk plenty up hill to get to it from center, you’ll also have the Mirador Plaza within an uphill walking distance. The top terrace has amazing views.

We loved Casa Mia! Quiet, beautiful plant- filled patio w/ fountain, & our suite had everything we could have asked for.The king bed was like sleeping in a cloud, so perfect! We loved the roof top terrace w/ full view of San Miguel, breathtaking at sunset! It was a short walk down to the main plaza. The staff were warm, friendly & helpful. Kudos to Angel, Gilberto & Brenda for helping us with every little thing. We highly recommend Casa Mia to all!!

We enjoyed having our own little space with small kitchen and dining room. The location couldn't have been better for walking to most of the major sites (squares, churches, museums) and there were many coffee shops, cafes and restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk.

the biggest issue was a COMPLETE lack of onsite parking. when we were looking for a place to stay for two weeks of holidays, we had two main criteria. 1) onsite parking 2) a kitchen. THERE IS NO ONSITE PARKING. valet parking worked but it was not acceptable in my opinion. we feel that we were mislead by the statement "FREE SECURED, UNCOVERED SELF PARKING ON SITE" that is currently listed as one of the amenities. we will not stay at this hotel in the future as parking is a requirement for out type of holiday.

Great place in San Miguel de Allende

Casa Mia was amazing. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. There is a beautiful courtyard and a rooftop lounge with stunning views. The staff was kind and helpful. The location is excellent, just slightly up hill from the main church and town square. It is far enough from the center to be quiet at night, and close enough to be convenient to everything. I highly recommend this place.
